For our July Lodge we all created a beautiful Despacho Ceremony for the Journey of Womanhood.
Connecting Mothers and Daughters
One of the key parts of our lodge is connecting the mums and daughters.
Here we used natural face paints (ochres) – mothers and daughters painted each other while saying beautiful things to them.

we were lucky enough to secure a small amount of funding to get our lodge up and running!
Earth Connection
Our Lodge is about being an antidote to modern life with all the technology and media, so we spend as much time as possible in nature, playing games, making fires, eating together in the wind and sun.
One of the girls favourite activities is fire making and drumming!
We gained funding!!!
Our application to Awards for all had been successful!
We were awarded funding towards session workers, materials and food for the first year of our Lodge!! Wonderful news!
